Pneumatic Mounted Seed Drills

Description

Kverneland’s pneumatic mounted seed drill range is designed for integration with power harrows and cultivators, enabling single-pass seedbed preparation and drilling in one operation. Models include the Saturia (cultivator-mounted, 3–4m), the e-drill (power harrow-mounted, 3–4m), the e-drill maxi plus (power harrow-mounted with combined seed and fertiliser application), and the f-drill series — front-mounted hoppers paired with a range of rear coulterbar configurations from 3.0m to 6.0m.

The f-drill system mounts the seed hopper at the front of the tractor and the coulterbar at the rear — achieving excellent weight distribution across both axles and allowing the full weight of the seed to contribute to coulter penetration. The f-drill CB and CB F coulterbar variants provide rigid and folding options for maximum flexibility in matching hopper to coulterbar configuration.

All Kverneland mounted drills use the same electronic metering technology as the solo drill range, maintaining accuracy across crop types and at high forward speeds. The range is designed to work with third-party power harrows and cultivators as well as Kverneland’s own machines, and all models are backed by Kverneland’s full dealer and parts network across Ireland and the UK.
