Rear Discharge Manure Spreaders

Description

NC Engineering manufactures a heavy-duty rear discharge manure spreader designed for efficient and even distribution of farmyard manure across grassland and arable ground. Available in capacities from 11 to 13 cubic metres as standard, the spreader is built around a monocoque body construction for maximum strength with minimum weight.

Key features include a variable-speed floor chain system with optional electric control, dynamically balanced twin vertical rotors fitted with reversible Hardox blades for long blade life and consistent spread pattern, galvanised quick-attach floor slats (no welding to chain for easy replacement), a hydraulically operated slurry door for clean emptying, and full road lighting with automatic covers during slurry work. A remote greasing system covers the drive shaft and auger bearings, and heavy-duty 10-stud axles with hydraulic brakes — or optional air brakes — are fitted as standard.

The spreader runs on 4 stress-relieved 14×50 chains and features 10mm thick Hardox auger flights for long-term wear resistance. Options include hydraulic floor speed control, 8-inch extension sides, alternative tyre configurations, bolt-on hitch attachments, and power brake systems.
