Reversible Ploughs

Description

Kverneland offers one of the most comprehensive reversible plough programmes available, spanning semi-mounted and mounted configurations from 3 to 12 furrows and covering all soil types from light to very heavy conditions. Models include the 150 Series (3–5F, light to medium soils), the ED and LS Series (3–6F, medium to heavy soils), and the latest-generation 2300, 3300, and 3400 S Series for any soil type at 4–7 furrows. Semi-mounted wagon-type models (PW, RW) handle up to 12 furrows for the largest high-output operations.

The 2300, 3300, and 3400 S VARIOMAT models incorporate ISOBUS-Sync automatic furrow width adjustment controlled from the tractor terminal, allowing operators to fine-tune working width on the move without leaving the cab. Non-stop hydraulic auto-reset protection is standard across most models, and the Variomat system provides stepless adjustment from minimum to maximum furrow width during the ploughing pass.

All Kverneland ploughs are built around the company’s proprietary Steel Technology, using work-hardening steel alloys that develop a surface hardness of up to 900 HB during use — significantly reducing wear compared to standard plough bodies.
