Agricultural Low Loaders

Description

NC Engineering's agricultural tractor-tow low loaders are designed for safe, efficient transport of tractors, combines, telehandlers, and other heavy farm machinery. The flatbed deck features 50mm softwood timber with a steel chequer-plated beaver tail, and grip bars are welded to the beaver tail to provide extra grip for tracked machines during loading.

Spring-assisted ramps — standard at 700mm width — enable narrow machines to load safely, and an underslung suspension setup with 80mm springs (16/22 Ton models) or 100mm springs (25 Ton) achieves a low bed height and ground clearance. Two or three 8-stud 90mm axles rated to 40kph with 215/75×17.5 twin tyres carry the load, with hydraulic braking using 25mm brake rams with sprung release.

Security features include a lockable toolbox, crash bars, rope hooks, and chime bars along both sides. An extensive options list covers hydraulic ramps, dual air hydraulic brakes, Durbar sheeted ramps, bolt-on bale rack, bucket stops, wedge ramps, and aluminium side protection.
