Description

Kverneland’s plain disc mower range covers rear, side, front, and trailed configurations, with working widths from 2.3m up to 9.5m in triple combination. The range includes the 2300 (rear-mounted, light work), 2500 (centre-mounted with hydraulic suspension), 2600 (side-mounted, up to 35 degree working angle), 2800 (rear-mounted, vertical transport position), 2800F and 2800FS (front-mounted), and the 4100 (trailed). Triple mower combinations in the 5087–5095 series achieve up to 9.5m cutting width by pairing front and rear units.

All Kverneland plain mowers feature free-swing disc protection as standard, allowing discs to swing back safely on impact with stones and obstacles without damage to the driveline. The disc guards fold upward for transport to reduce road width, and the hydraulic suspension systems on selected models follow ground contours closely for an even, consistent cutting height across undulating terrain.

The 5095 triple combination pairs a rear centre disc mower with two side-mounted plain mowers for maximum output on large dairy and livestock farms.
