Mower Conditioners

Description

Kverneland’s mower conditioner range combines disc cutting with mechanical conditioning in a single pass, accelerating crop wilting and reducing drying times for faster turnaround between cutting and baling. Eight models are available — the 3200 (centre-mounted, roller or SemiSwing conditioner), 3600F (front-mounted, ActiveLift), 3300 (QuattroLink suspension), 3300F (front-mounted, ProLink suspension), 4300 (trailed), and the high-output triple combinations 5087, 5300, and 55100 — covering working widths from 3.2m to over 10m in triple configuration.

The SemiSwing conditioning system uses flexible rubber fingers rather than steel tines, producing consistent conditioning intensity with significantly reduced crop losses at the sides of the swath. Kverneland’s QuattroLink suspension system provides a unique four-bar linkage that maintains the mower at a constant cutting angle to the ground regardless of tractor pitch — dramatically improving cutting consistency on undulating land.

The 5300 and 55100 triple combinations pair a front-mounted mower conditioner with two side-mounted units, achieving working widths of over 10m in a single pass for maximum output on large farms.
