Description

Kverneland’s mounted tedder range spans compact models for smaller farms up to large heavy-duty machines for contractors, covering working widths from 4.6m to 11.2m. The CompactLine models (8446, 8452, 8460, 8480) are lightweight, low-maintenance machines for family farms at working widths from 4.6m to 8.0m, while the heavy-duty ProLine models (8555, 8568, 8576, 8590, 85112) are built for the demands of intensive grass management at working widths from 5.5m to 11.2m.

All Kverneland mounted tedders feature a floating hitch system that allows each rotor to follow ground contours independently, ensuring consistent tine height and preventing soil contamination of the crop. Rotors are individually sprung for ground following, and the machines fold to a compact transport width for road travel between fields. Rotor options are available with different tine arrangements to suit varying crop densities and moisture levels.

Kverneland’s tedder tines are designed for long life and easy replacement, with a proven tine fixing system that reduces downtime and maintenance costs throughout the season. PTO speed settings can be adjusted to optimise performance across different crop conditions. All models are backed by Kverneland’s full parts and service network across Ireland and the UK.
